We don't sell theory. Every product is built from working engagements with product teams, scrum masters, consultants, and leadership groups. If it doesn't change how a team operates on Monday morning, it doesn't ship.

Kenaz Media was founded after a decade of working inside product organizations — shipping software, running discovery, facilitating leadership offsites, and watching the same patterns repeat at every company.
The materials senior practitioners actually use are tacit, scattered across notebooks, Slack DMs, and the occasional whiteboard. New people inherit nothing structured. Every team rebuilds the same scaffolding.
We started Kenaz Media to fix that — to publish the operating systems, decision frameworks, and facilitation tools that serious practitioners deserve to have on day one.
